      Pros

      Pay is good, though could always be better. Work/life balance is good as well if you are into the schedule. The job it's self is challenging and rewarding.

      Cons

      The compressed schedule is rough when you have no time to do anything else on the work days other than eat and sleep. Wearing a clean room suit can be taxing. Ambient noise in the facility can be difficult. Upper management seem a little lost on the going ons of the fab.

      Pros

      Freat co workers everywhere in each department.

      Cons

      The GM has bad people skills and treats everyone as replaceable. Upper management thinks training should only take a month when it really takes years. Preaches saftey but does very little in actuality. Terrible staffing, after many layoffs we are left thin with no help, not enough people to fix everything. Promotions take too long ever after 5 star ratings each year
