Some good colleagues. Most left.
Cons
Good/Experienced people get demoralized and leave as soon as possible because of poor middle management. Appraisals and performance reviews don’t mean much for career growth. Incompetent people stay for promotions and get promoted for being friends with their manager. People promoted to management without training because of years in the company. Hostile work environment and stressful situations are common in some groups with high turn over.
