Pros
They have some very dedicated staff, you get to be creative and solve problems.
Cons
All of those good reviews from Feb. 2014 are fake. I worked there in early-mid 2014 and all of those people had either been fired by the time I got there, or those were written by management, because there were only about five of us working there. On my second day they fired 25% of the staff, so the whole time I was there I was worried I was going to get fired due to some random restructuring which they seem to do every couple of years.
