Pros

Multi-disciplinary and learning environment Benefits: conventional

Cons

Cronyism as part of team members come from the same country. They stay between them and create this uncomfortable atmosphere. They split the pie between them and do not let you do your thing and would not collaborate with locals, Very EXCLUSIVE! Managers as well are on the board and if you are not friends with key team members, you would not make it! Micromanagement and the team lead is at your head 8h per day! No freedom and fake flexibility! Basically, if you want slavery choose this company. If you are concerned about bullying and humiliation from other colleagues, do not choose this one!

It is truly regretful to hear that you experienced a work environment that you felt was unjust. All employees should feel encouraged and supported as they navigate their careers by management. It is oXya’s intention to continue growing our team members skill sets, without exclusion, while investing in opportunities for career advancement for all. Our talent is the sole reason for our success, which is why we focus on training at all levels. oXya does not condone an environment of bullying, humiliation, or cronyism. We, unfortunately, were not aware of your work experiences while you were an employee.

Pros

None, maybe good for beginners and if you dont mind diasporan favoritism and low pay

Cons

This company is driven by blatant favoritism and internal politics, not performance or competence. Promotions are handed out to people who have no business leading teams, and the result is a toxic, micromanaged environment where good employees burn out or leave. Since the new branch leader took over, the culture has completely deteriorated. He lacks leadership skills, relies on control instead of strategy, and has turned the office into a place where people feel watched instead of supported. Management is out of touch with the real problems the business is facing. Instead of addressing the company’s inability to compete with modern cloud solutions like SAP RISE, leadership focuses on pushing out employees and protecting their own positions. HR is equally ineffective — slow, unresponsive, and consistently mishandling basic issues. The business model is outdated, the leadership is unqualified, and the internal dysfunction is accelerating the company’s decline. I strongly advise staying away from this organization.
