Management in Outbound Financial Solutions is poor, with power hungry managers who seem to have very little humanity. Of our training group of 16 who started, there are just 6 left in 6 months. Managers either attempted to bully staff out, or find reasons to sack them (such has being unfortunate enough to be off sick twice in a year). If you want to be treated like a number, degraded, and made to feel worthless, this is a great place to work.
