Pros

Excellent performance rubber product. Good and fair commission structure on shipped sales.

Cons

Lots of layers managers, lots of extra management, and if you don’t make your quota your out of a job. Very limited product line and rarely has new intros. Product is highest priced in the industry. Parent company runs the show and your the step child.

Pros

nora systems Inc. is bar none the best company I've ever worked for. I've worked for several companies of varying sizes, small regional to large international --- nora just gets it right on all accounts. It takes the best aspects of all my job experiences and puts them into one single company. In case you don't know what nora does - they manufacture high-end commercial rubber flooring in Germany. It's the BMW of rubber flooring if you will. Some highlights: *Forward-thinking senior management stays ahead of the curve. We have competitors who literally base their entire business off of copying what we do. Market leaders. *Above average compensation, bonuses, & generous retirement savings package. *Above average PTO to start *Modern, well-designed, airy, & sleek office that is a welcoming place to come everyday *On-site free gym, and on-site cafeteria *Work is rewarding, challenging, purposeful, and there is a true feeling of being on a 'team' here. Co-workers are wonderful people. Everyone takes a personality test as part of the hiring process - they carefully select people to ensure the culture remains in tact! *Excellent training program - everyone gets the opportunity (after one year) to go to headquarters in Germany for a week-long training. You get to tour the factory, meet your international colleagues, and enjoy time in Weinheim. Incredible! *I could go on and on and on and on....... I feel very lucky to have landed in this company.

Cons

There really are none that I've personally experienced.

Pros

This is a great job to learn the ropes and be in a fast pace work environment. Sales team is great, and the product is worth selling. When training opportunities come up, they are informative and great to understand the business.

Cons

A lot has been said before, but it sadly rings true. Management has "favorites" that are allowed to do as they please, while others are closely watched and micro managed. There is very little (it at all) any opportunity to grow within the company. The CSS team is held to a different standard within the company, expected to essentially shut up and work and be grateful you have a job. The CSS team has very little flexibility, so when situations with family, kids, life come up, management would offer little to no support/understanding. Unless, of course, you are a favorite. There were many times when management treated employees as though they were dumb, or incapable of the job. And instead of training and teaching, often these employees were left to fail. We heard many times "there's the door" when concerns were raised with how management treated the staff, and many people did leave because it was just not worth the effort each day. Also, HR was of little help, choosing to stand behind the CSS management team 100% and not advocating for the CSS's themselves.
