Pros

-Great people to work with -the work can be fun and creative -nuke based studio, now hiring freelance flame artists on occasion.

Cons

- 3 days in office policy, however inconsistent hybrid rules and schedule causes frustration and confusion. Plus office is too small to accommodate all artists. - usual no overtime pay - lack of dedicated HR dpt

Pros

Pizza Fridays 🙄 Artists are good people.

Cons

Management exhibits a necessary lack of people skills. One man show mentality driven by some kind of personal vendetta. Not just my opinion, but opinion shared by multiple colleagues. Inexperienced/rude producers. This creates stifled/disgruntled artists often faced with unrealistic expectations and thus cutting corners. The artists are great and are great people. The clique of management/production however create the divide, non-inclusion and favoritism. Hard work goes unnoticed. If anything it is expected and you are rarely congratulated on your merits. But scrutinized for their own shortcomings. Don’t expect doils nor having an opinion because it will be vetoed. Lack of HR department. A time capsule from the past.
