Pros
Good for those who are just learning. Operations within the office are very archaic which would help a new biller in the long run because they would learn the long way to do everything.
Cons
Very archaic processes for a company that has been in business for 20+ years. High turnover. Extremely difficult to keep up with AR follow up. Management gives different instructions depending on who you talk to and it makes it confusing and irritating. Those instructions are usually super general and leave to much room for error. When errors are made, there is no accountability on the managements side. Management doesn't seem to grasp the fact that if an employee fails, its due to their lack of training, attention to detail and QC. Management team has severe issues in communicating with the staff as well as amongst themselves. Phone call transfers include screaming across the office to see if who it is for is on the phone. Overall, very unprofessional office across the board. (No I was not fired and I have been in this business for decades)
