Really happy with my decision to join the nimble team. The Leadership Team has been a highlight. The team is professional, transparent and actually takes the time to communicate, educate, and keep everyone in the loop. There’s consistent recognition, as the CEO makes time each week to call out company, team, and individual wins - which says a lot. The culture is supportive and collaborative. People are open to new ideas, give real feedback, and are always willing to step in and help. Employees genuinely respect each other, and you can feel that in how teams work together day to day. It really is a team environment—no egos. You’re surrounded by true experts in the surgical RCM space and strong leaders who care about doing great work and going above and beyond —which is evident after speaking with our customers. The ASC space is growing and evolving quickly, so it’s exciting to be part of and actually see the impact of what you’re doing. The St. Louis office is a great work environment, and I really appreciate the flexibility and benefits of a hyrbid work environement.
Cons
It’s a growing company, so priorities can shift at times. That can of course be challenging, but it also gives you the opportunity to step up, help shape processes, and have a real voice.
