Where do I start... -NO raises for over 3 years (they blamed tariffs and covid) and have no intention of implementing merit increases. -No room for advancement or professional development. Owners are only focused on increasing revenue and don't care about their employees. -Major pay disparity within the same position. I was the lowest-paid employee with my position and the highest-paid employee in my office made over $35K/year more than I did and they did FAR less work. -Manager was clueless and played favorites. Other VPs were condescending and rude. Never knew what mood the owner was going to be in each day. -Toxic culture, no work/life balance. Employees are expected to be on nightly calls with overseas teams sometimes until 11pm
