Great team to work with - Software Developer nexb Employee Review

Very nice people. Very human, very adaptable, management AND all employees. Also a very interesting domain (open source PLUS intellectual property). Participation to many open source projects. a good mix of seeing customers (pretty much everybody see customers) and developing product. Now, I co-founded this company - I left it in 2013, but I'm still not neutral about it :)

As the company hasn't been raising *any* money, it only spends the money it makes. So it's not the crazy salaries of the silicon valley... but since many people work remotely, it doesn't matter much.

fairly interesting work in that they are using new technologies, CTO is smart guy but hard to work with. I wanted to use lambdas in python and he said don't, it's too complicated for the team.

work is repetitive and tedious. Team is scattered with some in Asia, Europe, SF. Working at the 'client site' feels like prison. Pay is lousy and they want you to work fairly hard in comparison
