Pros
Easy access to all levels of leadership. Pretty solid product, dependable. Where they are a good fit, they do well. The CEO and COO are very smart and very good people. Customer support is good.
Cons
Too niche to appeal to partners selling to enterprise sized accounts. Very little money spent in marketing and branding in a very crowded and competitive space. High turn over, sense of favoritism, nepotism. It's a start from scratch channel which is tough unless you're coming in with a book of partners that fit their niche. Tough to ignite change. Tough to succeed.
