Pros
I can only think of two pros. - You get weekends and holidays off. - If you can live with the pay and the stress, just get the experience so you can leave to a better company as soon as you can.
Cons
-Really low pay. -Cut-Throat environment. People get let go very often. -Really high metrics they want you to hit everyday. -Stubborn and unsupportive management. -Any 5 star reviews on here are written by NetPolarity's marketing person.
