Got to help residents have fun .

Asked to work on certain days because of childcare complications and was told no even though I asked to cover weekends. Contract stated 36 hours per week but was made to work 48 hours per week as 12 hour shifts. Worked at residential home but most residents were nursing care. Worked very understand staff each shift.

The job is welcoming and lovely
