      Pros

      Free Food. Good product. Great people (aside from Management).

      Cons

      No middle aged peers. Seems ageist. Company is obsessed with everyone being the same cheesy personality like a Tech factory. Too many office events and you are looked at strangely for wanting to go home and keep work/life separate. Current Management appalling dynamic and behaviour.

      Pros

      I had great autonomy to work with my customers and present my customer plans and renewal plans to upper leadership. Low to no interference most of the time.

      Cons

      I didn't get to travel as much as I wanted.

      Excellent product, Lehi, UT staff, technical support

      Cons

      Redundant leadership, never know who’s in charge. Redundant processes, constant shifts in focus. Limited investment outside of insurance vertical. “Grow at all costs” strategy from years past coming back to bite org. Too many cooks in the kitchen. No legitimate mechanism for front-line sales to engage with senior leadership.
