      Pros

      The underlining business model is cool and has potential and I think I believe in the tech. I get paid well and I like a few of my colleagues. Met the new CEO and he has a PHD.

      Cons

      Met the new CEO who has a PHD, just not in anything relevant to running the nearmap business. Not impressive. For potential candidates, this would be a risky move. Leadership is flaking out by the day. Don't give up a solid role thinking you are coming to work with tech players wwho know what they are doing.

      Pros

      I had great autonomy to work with my customers and present my customer plans and renewal plans to upper leadership. Low to no interference most of the time.

      Cons

      I didn't get to travel as much as I wanted.

      Excellent product, Lehi, UT staff, technical support

      Cons

      Redundant leadership, never know who’s in charge. Redundant processes, constant shifts in focus. Limited investment outside of insurance vertical. “Grow at all costs” strategy from years past coming back to bite org. Too many cooks in the kitchen. No legitimate mechanism for front-line sales to engage with senior leadership.
