The board is trying to grow too fast (with upper and middle management not standing up to them) and layoffs occur regularly… With a ton of casualties. Pressure is huge and expectations not realistic. You're seen as a "goal" rather than a person.. nearmap doesn't have a competitive advantage in the Silicon Valley technology market space, you're not fooling anyone that knows this industry. With no exit strategy in sight, consider stepping down and let more competent individuals attempt to clean up your mess...
