      The CEO is more technical. Thats a good thing. They get nice projects from clients.

      Cons

      Their main problem is salary and sacking. Except CEO there is no one good enough to help you. They have some guys from network department doesn't know manners. It will be like you are a prisoner their. You can't do that, you can't do this. They sack employees anytime. Employees are like slaves their.

      Learned a lot when I wasnt the only developer there. I did enjoy the people I worked with.

      Cons

      Very very small company. Boss is always in a different country. Issues getting paid.

      Pros

      The guys working there are co-operative and really good. Their projects are up to the mark. The other facilities are great too.

      Cons

      Their man power isn't enough for the projects they take. THey should hire more employees to get a better performance.
