      Pros

      NamR is an amazing place to work. The HR team made an amazing work with the onboarding process. The Tech team is supportive and patient. They actually work as a team rescuing each other in times of crisis so the projects are successfully finished. The employees reprensentatives has done a amazing progress in the quest of gender equality

      - Small but cohesive and driven team. - Projects with an impact. - Interesting and kind people, easy to talk to everyone. - Many events to maintain curiosity and knowledge about the data science/data analysis field.

      Cons

      - Too many meetings. - Daily meetings in the late morning that interrupt sometimes the workflow.
