Pros

There is finally a game launched in Korea, so at least the team that has dedicated their lives to getting the product launched has something to show for it. The people at nWay (Art, Design, Engineering, Production, Marketing, Biz Dev and QA) who work directly on the development of the game are some of the most talented and dedicated individuals I've worked with. The Engineering and QA teams are some of the hardest working people in the gaming industry.

Cons

This is not a review from a former disgruntled employee, it is a transparent review of what it is actually like to work here. I wish I had honest reviews to read before I accepted a position here. The founder don't genuinely care about creating a culture that embodies honest and transparent communication, gratitude and appreciation, empowering people to make fearless decisions so they can have ownership in their jobs. If you want a company that lives by "doing the right thing" across the board, this is NOT the place for you. Core values are created as a tool to justify strategic and political moves within the company, and therefore there is no to little buy in from anyone. There is a lot of talk about becoming a company with a world class culture, but no showing on their part. If your core values ARE in line with those listed on the job listing for nWay, this is NOT that place for you. If you want to feel fairly treated, this is NOT the place for you. If you are non-Korean, not willing to work 24/7 or strong female, you will not fit in here. You will be called a "conspiracy theorist" or have your job changed on a whim without any communication or justification. Current company culture is extremely toxic and I don't see that changing anytime soon. If you are someone who likes to have ownership over your work, cherishes work-life balance and the ability to unplug, wants to feel appreciated for the work you do, needs honest and transparent internal communication, likes proactive vs reactive decision making, or desires a positive working environment, this is NOT the place for you.

Pros

My interview experience went really smooth. The process was fun and enjoyable because all interviewers are really nice, passionate for work, and show respects to the interviewee. And recruiter is also very friendly and responsive as well.

Cons

There is none so far.

Pros

Lots of room to grow and learn from people that was willing to teach in almost every department.

Cons

There was a couple of times where you are left to figure out something yourself and you couldn't really ask for help
