Really good beginning for rookies. The projects are good, not AAA and not even AA but if you think about learning, you're in the right place. Peoples are kind in every departement. And especially for an animator, the skill come alone like magic.

The pressure in the beginning. After you're use to it and learn with it. There's a lot of misunderstood between each head of departement, seems like they don't really want to think together for the best. Don't expect an original thinking or a new idea. The movies are in a classic style, neutral, and if it works like that, so we'll not change. It's the mindset.
