      Pros

      Not really any. Could have been a great start up but he CEO let it go to her head. Its a copy and paste of Pentair (Which isn't great).

      Cons

      The CEO has openly said people who don't embrace an in office policy "aren't a good fit" while they can't fill in office positions or factory positions. It is so tone deaf.

      Pros

      I had a great onboarding experience - my manager was very prepared with a clear and useful onboarding plan. The people have been very welcoming and the company culture is great.

      Cons

      The company is growing rapidly, which presents natural challenges - but the overall experience has been very positive.

      Pros

      Great people to work with, management included. Variety of products to work on.

      Cons

      In office requirement of 4 days per week is not ideal for a single dad. My work could easily be done from home, but if this is the largest con, that's not too bad.
