      Paycheck (although finance also runs HR, so there were payment hiccups)

      The top 3 decision-makers are not cut out to run the enterprise Execs railroad people daily on all hands calls Some commissions were retroactively changed and not paid out

      - Work from home - Good compensation in terms of salary.

      Cons

      This was the most toxic work environment that I have been in, in my entire career. There is a culture of fear. Fear of getting thrown under the bus due to perceived mistakes by the CEO. The CEO is a bully who sets unrealistic expectations and will yell at you if they are not met. This company has a lot of turn over, so beware if you are joining.
