Pros
Smart, friendly people. No obviously nasty people.
Cons
Slightly mad leadership. C-suite lacks direction. Sometimes cult-like. Don't believe the current strategy (moving all development to Slovenia) will save money or produce a superior products. NChain London is now the sales arms, and NChain Slovenia acts as a consultancy to Bitcoin Association. Redundancy before Christmas was an unwelcome surprise.
