Cons
The management above you will give you last minute changes, and if not done on the same day, be ready to get screwed in the 9am scrum the next day. One person in particular is abusive and people aren't cooperative. You'll get unclear answers for questions you ask and if not resolved, be ready with an explanation in the scrum the next morning. You are also called out publicly and humiliated for not doing things, the requirements for which are sent at the last possible moment. I was also forced to come into office amidst lockdown from my place where I was stranded, and that was when I realised that this was not the place for me. Resigned after 6 not-so-pleasing months. Oh, and the person I am talking about deducted 2 days worth of my salary because I wasn't able to join the 9am meeting because of Internet issues, which I had intimated before 9am.
