Nothing, Its a SCAM on the name of virtual training.

Its a SCAM!!! I conducted a virtual training for RabbitMQ course for this institue. First I received a call from them, they told me about a part time trainer opprtunity. I took the demo session and then completed the full training. They promised me after completion of the course I will get my payment in 7 days. But they never paid it to me. The candidate was very happy with the training and I have proof that he was happy and I completed the training on time. Still they did not release my payment. Every time I call they give me a new date but never pay me MY MONEY.Everytime they say they need to take approval from their CEO. Such people dont deserve to be in education field. They are running a SCAM on the name of online/virtual training. Be aware!!... TO the institute : I have all the proofs that I completed the training. Now dont reply to this comment by saying I have not completed the training and the student complained. I did went through some online reviews about this kind of SCAM. But I made a mistake by conducting a training for these guys. Please do not fall for this trap.

Pros

Working with myTectra as an Oracle SQL trainer provided a structured and professional environment. Cons

I didn't encounter any major issues during my time working with myTectra, as the process and coordination were generally smooth.

Cons

Training timelines and sessions planning occasionally required quick adjustment, which could be challenging at times. Regular feedback collection from trainers may also help refine operational processes.
