Respect culture - I am a Muslim and Even during busy periods, I am allowed to attend daily prayers and Friday prayer without any pressure, which creates a more respectful and supportive working environment. Friendly Environment - A healthy work environment doesn’t always need a rigid corporate culture. In our office, the friendly environment actually improves collaboration and productivity. Seniors and juniors communicate openly, help each other freely, and share knowledge without barriers. That reduces fear, improves teamwork, and helps problems get solved faster. Cons
During busy seasons, tasks are sometimes assigned without properly considering the deadlines and workload of already assigned tasks. This can create unnecessary pressure, affect task prioritization, and reduce overall efficiency and work quality. Better workload planning and coordination between teams would help maintain productivity and realistic delivery expectations. Also, interns assigns tasks to senior level developers and not consider reviewing them on-time, which affects the developer monthly efficiency even we complete on time.
