horrible management, very old fashioned. quite toxic. i was a fresh grad and i had a lot to learn but was expected to know everything ASAP. the environment is unforgiving when you make mistakes eventho they knew you're new. from my experience, there was someone who kept bothering me and start unnecessary conflict for no reason even though i didn't do anything. you also don't get any benefits, you only get the most barest minimum medical benefits
