Horrible Job - HOA myHomeSpot.com Employee Review

There are zero pros. I can't think of one. I would say the bathroom was clean, but the employees had to clean it.

This was literally the worst place I've ever worked. I was there about a year and saw literally about 30 people come and go. I don't know where they're getting these salaries either because the pay is horrible. The owner is just a bully who will threaten you if you publicly say how it actually is there.

There are not 5 pro words.

They use your PTO without telling you for "paid holidays", the management is very disorganized and flakey, and they make you give a 30 day notice to leave or they will sue you. You are hired by contract employment and that is part of the contract. Also, you cannot disparage them but the owner can post stuff on social media about his employees. The hours are 8-6 and there is only exceptions to certain people the management chooses. Some can ask to work from home and get NO as an answer and others are allowed to work from home and it has no dependency on how long you've been there.
