Peers are generally friendly, and helpful. Staff pricing at the outlets. Innovative ideas occasionally (that don't always translate to real life, but it is what it is).
Cons
EPF constantly paid late, lack of salary growth, no bonus for years, benefits shrinking, new management from merger implements policies that contradict with previous policies, making things less favorable for employees. More workload without needed team growth. Gaslighting has become a common occurrence, managers and seniors saying "If I also work hours past my working hours, why you cannot, you are not commited".
