      The people are funny and nice and are a lot of extra activities and a relaxed environement and is close to school

      Cons

      The program hours are not so flexible and sometimes it is a lit of bit stressful, the training is not so good

      Sehr flexibler Arbeitgeber: home office kultur (wenn nicht beim Kunden). Viel Respekt für private Zeit. Wenige Probleme mit Urlaub.

      Cons

      Unterschiedliche Welten bei IT/Produktentwicklung und reines Business Consulting. Wenige interessante Aufgaben bei Consulting. Das Team ist zu klein und die Führung zu schwach. Keine Strategie. Organigramm und Funktionen werden oft neu gewürfelt aber in der Tat bleibt alles gleich.
