My team is always open to help me, flexible work hours, homeoffice, good communication via Teams, I rarely had to stay overtime, very balanced team in terms of gender (around 60/40 male/female)
Cons
Very large team (30 people is a little too large for a Scrum team), time difference within the team, very large project which is hard to navigate through as a beginner, no personal connection to the teammates due to home office
