      Salary is probably the only great thing there

      Cons

      Very stressful environment No work life balance at all Too many meetings and no time to work so people have to work extra hour all the time. Even taking sick days is something tricky cause people need to work double when back.

      Lots of changes to the product very quickly. Felt more reactive than proactive but seems to have landed well.
