Pros
Everyone is really nice and willing to help each other out. The environment is pretty chill, and management maintains an open door policy - I feel like I can walk up to any of the leaders asking to chat, and they'll make time. They're also really good about accommodating schedules when things come up or if we need to work from home sometimes. People aren't micromanaged here because we're trusted to know our stuff and run with what we're given.
I actually enjoy spending time with colleagues, which speaks on the quality of people here. There are also different activities available for people to participate in, such as yoga, basketball, and game nights (there's a room stocked with board games).
The snacks and stocked fridge/kitchen are nice too. Bagel Mondays and Waffle Wednesdays are a thing, and sometimes there's catered lunch.
I don't drag my feet going into work every morning, and genuinely enjoy working here, so I consider that a win.
Cons
The probability of a vehicular incident occurring while commuting to/from work might be higher because the drivers in Glendale are crazy.
