Pros

One of the first innovative product company you out of India. Highly competitive work environment. If you are good, you will survive and will be hardened to take on the roughest challenges of your professional life. Working on cutting edge products and solutions.

Cons

The company is a bit too fast paced and demanding for an average Joe. Company needs to pace it with India work culture as it is typical American startup with too much expectation to perform all the time.

Pros

Met some nice people there, traveled, learned new tool.

Cons

-Super small office space, almost like a closet. -Absolutely no structure. -CEO and management are a complete joke. Worst people to deal with. -NEVER PAY ON TIME! -No Life and Work balance. -Terrible work environment. -Not fast paced as stated on other reviews, you do absolutely mediocre work. -No Benefits -They will work you and not pay you for what they promised. -They will change your contract without warning and either you like it or get fired. -They dont pay for training for new Testers, they feel that by the tester learning a new tool that is their compensation and they should be happy. what a joke!

Pros

They have changed the company name so many time; it's difficult to keep track. First it was NIL Labs Innovation( hardly any innovation) Center. Then it became mobilecem Labs( hardly a labs environment). Finally it became FalcomSmart Technologies( they seriously need to understand the meaning of Falcon and smart!!!)

Cons

This is a confused company. Let me provide a brief description about each department of this company 1. HR: Most unprofessional and unfriendly team. Most of their time is spent reading books and browsing whereas a lot can be done on improving Employee satisfaction. 2. Finance. They are yet to pay many people's past compensation and have the habit of not replying to repeated emails. Many of Employee reimbursement have not been cleared. PF/TDS has also not been paid. 3. Engineering/Sales: Incompetent management who are living under an illusion and making the same mistakes again and again. Impulsive, short tempered & have the habbit of getting free work done by outside vendors and internal employee.
