Great company to work for. A lot of option for career development as management gives the employees large responsibilities. They have a smart and driven team. Free lunches every day. Flexible hours. Sometimes working from home option. Employees get a chance to work on the latest technology and competitive projects. A lot of grooming and career development options. Company has open communication and transparency policy, they organize monthly meetings with employees to understand hows everyone doing and what areas we can improve. Employees feedback is welcomed and appreciated. There isn't any discrimination or other sorts of issues as mentioned in other reviews. They recently moved to a new and beautiful office. Good for commute. The company is growing and doing great. Moback definitely has a great future in upcoming years.

You get to experience interesting hardware from a variety of companies.

Close mindedness of the management leads to poor decisions, multiple attempts at failed products, and panicky behaviors that ends with the distrust, leaving, or laying off of good employees. Team leads are brought from outside rather then promoted from within, this would be fine if the people they bring in had experience with the software the company uses, but they do not. Very questionable ethics both in management to employee relations, and business to business dealings.
