Pros
The company has the best health/dental/vision insurance around, the rates are unmatched for local businesses in the area. The vacation time and sick time is great. Bonuses, never guaranteed, but we have received them every year! Yearly Holiday party at the Black Dog is always fun. Everyone knows each other, you are not a number at this company!
Cons
Typical company politics, it would be nice if they had a cafeteria with healthy food.
