You have the opportunity to work with world renown technologist and scientist in a modern workplace where inclusion and employee health is part of the DNA and not an after-thought.

I cannot think of any cons.

I look back and can see nothing positive about my experience at mimik other than it established a benchmark of sub-mediocrity that has taught me valuable lessons. Well, I take that back. A handful of wonderful people did work here and we banded together as if in crisis mode just to get through it.

Myopic, close-minded leadership team who only looks out for their inner circle. Lack of transparency. Aggressive tactics that railroad versus support collaboration. Intimidation ploys reign supreme. Fake. Toxic. No career support or advice. Start up pay with none of the start up upside. Worse than middle school environment.
