mimik is a software company that has invented, built and delivered the firstdecentralized cloud solution to the market. The impact of its technology is life changing for the world and it's definitely the most meaningful development in cloud computing in the last decade where the technology is available through Github and the core technology is published in refereed journals and now being taught in universities so both the developer community and academics are using it to change our world for the better, The company culture is open, transparent, non-hierarchical with a dedicated team of passionate employees that act like a family and collaborate. You have the opportunity to work with world renown technologist and scientist in a modern workplace where inclusion and employee health is part of the DNA and not an after-thought.

I cannot think of any cons.

I look back and can see nothing positive about my experience at mimik other than it established a benchmark of sub-mediocrity that has taught me valuable lessons. Well, I take that back. A handful of wonderful people did work here and we banded together as if in crisis mode just to get through it.

Myopic, close-minded leadership team who only looks out for their inner circle. Lack of transparency. Aggressive tactics that railroad versus support collaboration. Intimidation ploys reign supreme. Fake. Toxic. No career support or advice. Start up pay with none of the start up upside. Worse than middle school environment.
