Pros
Good opportunity to learn. Emphasis on design and documentation. Freehand to explore things if one is willing to. Free lunch. No restriction on leave/WFH (as of now). The CTO Mr. Ajit Narayanan possesses very good technical knowledge.
Cons
No (very less) work-life balance. It is very important for a start-up to have an employee-friendly culture, I did not find that kind of culture in the organization.
