Complete chaos at all times, managers taking zero responsibility and giving no direction and then blaming employees. Most people are nice, but some are absolute horrors to work with and the company keeps them because they’ve been there for a long time. Constant cycles of firing % of the company and then hiring again, be careful if you’re new here you’ll be the first to go. Most of the company is people related to management somehow, who of course will never get fired. Low wages, with endless speeches about how much the company does for employees and how everyone is like a family.
