Pros

Absolutely None, None, None None!!!

Cons

No work, no hours, no opportunities, virtually no accounts! When you do work, the hours are on a descending scale. (You may start at 20 hours and a few locations (if your lucky) and end up with 8 hours and 2 locations). Impossible to be considered for promotion No follow-up! Managers seem to have no problem getting hired and promoted without any industry experience. There's no accountability by field managers to disseminate information to the reps in real time Your pretty much on your own with this job. What a sham!

Pros

mVentix allows me to do my best work everyday. The CEO, Kristian, is passionate about his company and intertwined with the business. Clear expectations were laid out during the interview process and consistently followed up on once you are onboarded. Resources to do your job well are readily available and an open door policy is in place to ensure you get what you need. Benefits are good in comparison and work life balance is fantastic. My co-workers & leadership team are great to work with and I truly get the feeling of a family environment. Work hard, play hard! The team is relatively small but it's output is large. We work as a group and utilize each others individual strengths to accomplish our goals. Lastly, the company has recently moved and the new location is fantastic with a beautiful view!

Cons

I work remotely and would like to get to the home office more often. The team is relatively small. If you are looking for a large corporation, this may not be for you.
