Relatively small teams allow employees their individual contribution to be significant. Systems Analysts get extensive experience in sales engineering and the marketing world, as well as experience in technical and general project management.

Understaffed. No bonuses except in extreme cases. Hierarchical structure sometimes vague, makes it difficult to prioritize assignments and work load.

Good colleagues and teamwork. Interesting and challenging projects.

Compensation is below market level. Expectations are often unrealistic given the available resources. Frequent requests to work outside regular working hours. Limited flexibility for remote work when employees need it, while remote access is expected when the company needs support. Work-life balance could be significantly improved.
