Some smart people, and the opportunity to learn about various data activation use cases and other tangential SaaS providers in the space which can serve as a decent springboard to jump to another employer.

The company has poor tech, a terrible sales motion, and the CDP space is dying. There is no reason to be here, other than the benefits and comp.
