- They have gotten bankrupt more than 5 times in my 2 year tenure! - Punctuality issues, late sittings and salary deductions on arriving at 9:31 am as a common thing. - Late salary dispatch. If you get your salary before 10th of the month you are really lucky. - Low salaries as compare to other software houses. - Other restrictions like can't go to recreational breaks or take any break. - Can't use your phones in the company time, it's prohibited, and can't open other social websites like LinkedIn or FB for recreational time.
