      The culture is very welcoming and upbeat Super cool office Everyone is very kind The work is very fulfilling and exciting Great environment to learn

      Poor work-life balance Much of the company is siloed and that makes it difficult to get things done. It also means sometimes leadership in each department can work in a vacuum. Low compensation
