Pros

I have joined this company 5 years back as Trainee Software Engineer along with 22 others. We were shortlisted from TASK portal. 22 of us got offers to work with this company. We learned a lot during our journey. Got trained by external trainer initially. Later we were given independent projects. Everyone who joined along with me are in good positions drawing a very good salary. Now, we became senior software engineers. Some of my colleagues joined big MNCs because of rigorous learning here. We are all well settled in different functions like, product development, product support, product delivery/QA roles. We got appraisals consistently. We are very happy.

Cons

For me and my colleagues who joined here do not have any issues. Thanks for bringing us to this level. Keep supporting the candidates like us. We are always proud of this company.

Pros

There are no pros - if there were 0 star option, I would give that

Cons

-The CEO is basically conning dozens of employees into thinking they are at a fast-growing internationally focused company, while that is not the reality at all -There is ZERO balance or respect for employees' personal life. I have gotten calls from the CEO at midnight on weekends expecting me to be available to talk about work. -They highlight and use customer testimonials in sales materials without the customers' consent. This is completely unethical. -Unsure of how sophisticated the product is, as it is difficult to gauge for any internal employee -Huge divide between product and business functions. Both orgs are locked into two separate work areas. -The leadership lacks vision and tact. The work hours and responsibilities are completely at the whim of the CEO, who is highly political and plays favorites. He openly insults employees behind one another's backs. -Could go on...
