      Pros

      young environment, tools like table tennis and sofas. People help you to improve your sales cold calls.

      Cons

      superficial management, they only think how to make money and do not invest on people. Emplyees in average stay only for 6 months and then they run away. lot of pressure and very low salaries compared to the german average ones.

      Pros

      Catering on Wednesdays which is quite tasty. They have ping pong and fooseball to keep you occupied during breaks. That's about it.

      Cons

      Management and heads of company could care less about employees. Only looking to further own agenda without taking into account the needs of employees. Long work hours with minimal wage compensation.
