I've been at leadPops for over 4 years. It's so rewarding to see the company grow as it has. Lots of structure, promotion ability, and ALWAYS a family first mentality around here. (That couldn't be more important being a new dad as of late.) leadPops helps instill all the characteristics to grow and thrive as an individual both personally and professionally. Transitioning from "start up" to a well established company with a product that is heavily sought after means I've had to wear a LOT of hats and learned a lot along the way. The growth leadPops has experienced has thrown a lot of new opportunities my way as we expand. It's super exciting being part of a smaller organization that is in it to win it! Lots of great team members here that always lift each other up, focus on the big picture of massive growth and success. - The bathroom is shared with other folks in the building. - Only a few lunch options within walking distance. But I bring my lunch every day so it's fine with me.
