Pros
Being attached to the phone & observing workplace bullying as opposed to receiving it. Salary is higher than other CLC's.
Cons
Needs no research. Exec team have all had empathectomies. Daily misderections & procedural backflips cause confusion & ultimately impact the quality of service to the very vulnerable clients. Vile language & racist slurs are common place. External agencies trying to assist their clients are treated abysmally & calls not returned-creating unpleasant retorts for frontline staff.
